I really enjoy easy-to-read and well-drafted art, especially if it relates to yoga. This chart really helped to put into perspective the changes my body experiences from yoga. I know I feel the instant benefits, but as a visual learner, I appreciate the option to also have the benefits of yoga spelled out in a clear and concise wchart. As an instructor, It’s also nice to refresh my memory and to be able to confidently share the benefits with my students.
