America watched Monday night’s presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton unfold like a bad housewives reunion show. The only key components missing were Andy Cohen and shoe throwing. A woman with more than a half century of political experience spent 90 minutes going back and forth with a reality star.

How did we get here?

It’s too late to ask questions.

According to a CNN/ORC poll, Clinton was declared winner of the first debate by 62% of voters. But let’s give Twitter a chance to weigh in.

The floor was set. Let the low blows begin.

First order of business, who designed the debate tickets?

My next question: who approved the design? Where is the spell checker? And most importantly, who printed them? The final version of the ticket was likely viewed by several pairs of eyes, and no one thought to speak up and say “Aye bruh, you’re missing an ‘l’ in Hillary.”

Debate night in one tweet.

To be clear, Clinton did her homework and Trump unsuccessfully tried to copy off her paper.

They’ll never agree on tax returns or missing emails.

The turf wars truly heated up.

Moderator Lester Holt came through with the fact checking.

But he never asked the most pressing issue.

Trump’s greatest point of the night.

As for their handling of race issues..

Honestly, truly, Leslie Jones won the debate.

In conclusion..

Now that the debate is over, RIP to Canada’s mentions.

Thoroughly entertained by America’s potential leaders? The next debate is slated for October 9th.

Don’t forget the popcorn.
