Everyone who happens upon this post, better be ready to make their way to the kitchen because y’all know we do not play when it comes to soul food (I’m over here dribbling just typing this up right now tbh). Soul food is a type of cuisine that most of us that identify as black have grown to know very well. Many of grew up having big Sunday dinners complete with fried chicken, corn bread, collard greens and the works. The list of foods that can be categorized as soul food are so delicious and mouth-watering that they really do put the thought in your head to slap someone sometimes.
